Our heart For the City shapes everything we do.

Being located in the center of Phoenix gives us a unique opportunity to intersect with the life of our neighborhood and help bring about its flourishing. We believe the gospel compels us to care for both the immediate and long-term needs of our community—with compassion, consistency, and purpose.

Through our Outreach & Care ministry, we work to bring the hope and love of Jesus beyond the walls of our building and into the places we live, work, study, and play. Every person we encounter has infinite value and deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and love. We invite our church to live this out by practicing community care, restoring hope, loving our neighbors, and sharing the good news of Jesus in a world that deeply needs it.

Outreach & Care Partnerships

Hope Women’s Center provides a safe and supportive space for women and teen girls facing difficult life situations, offering resources that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

How We Partner:
Annual Galentine’s Event – sort donations and create care bags as a team.
Monthly Donation Sorting Days – first Tuesday of every month, through Women’s Ministry.
Love Our City Event – hands-on projects supporting organizations like Hope Women’s Center.
Ongoing Opportunities – participate in open volunteer roles or provide supply donations.

BBQ Mission is a Christ-centered ministry serving individuals experiencing homelessness through freshly cooked meals, prayer, and presence. Their focus is on humility, compassion, and reflecting the love of Jesus in every interaction.

Note:
They do not provide housing or financial aid, but instead offer nourishment and spiritual encouragement in a welcoming space where people are seen, valued, and loved.

Cloud Covered Streets provides showers, laundry, haircuts, and companionship for individuals experiencing homelessness every other Wednesday at New City from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Restoring dignity and hope through kindness.

How We Partner:
Various Volunteer Opportunities

  • Crew Members: help at mobile trailer events with laundry, supply distribution, and companionship.
  • Licensed Hair Stylists: donate time and skills to provide free haircuts.
  • Donate: food or items from their Amazon wishlist to support services.
