About Our Leaders

New City Church is overseen by elders, led day-to-day by pastors and staff, and powered by countless servant volunteers.

Our team of overseers (also known as “elders”) provide accountability and oversight of the lead pastor, church finances, and the overall health of all pastors and staff. The Oversight Team, which meets 10-12 times per year, is responsible for ensuring that the church stays firmly committed to its vision, values, and beliefs. 

The current members of the Oversight Team are Brian Kruckenberg (Lead Pastor), Derek Turner, John Smeck, James Williams, and Tim Berry.
